| Libya has launched an investigation after a torture video of former dictator Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's son, Saadi Gaddafi went viral. |

The over eight-minute video shows Saadi, sitting in a room blindfolded, listening to the screams of other Gaddafi loyalists being tortured by guards. His blindfold is later removed and he is made to watch the beatings. At one point, a prison guard asks, if he wants to be hit on the feet or the buttocks. Saadi, says, "of course the feet."
The prison guards are also seen whacking him on the head and slapping him. The interrogators then tie his feet to a device, while he lies on his back. Saadi is heard whimpering as the guards hit him on the sole. At one point, Saadi breaks down and asks the guards to stop. He then promises that he will reveal anything.
