Confirming this, the Public Relations Officer of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), South-west, Ibrahim Farinloye, told THISDAY that the man's manhood was swollen.
He said the man was rushed to the hospital after the man's manhood became swollen as a result of the iron ring.
"The hospital authority invited the fire service officials. The ring was successfully removed with the aid of rescue tools”, Ibrahim Farinloye said.
