Pakistani security officials have found two copies of the Bible at the house where Al-Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden was killed. The Christian holy books were discovered this week when demolition crews were sent in to tear down the compound in Abbottabad.

They were so well hidden that security personnel had previously overlooked them.

It is thought the English-print editions contain coded clues to future terror attacks, The Sun reported.

Pakistan's ISI security service also found two radio sets in a final sweep of the compound before demolition.

The English-language Bibles - a bizarre find in the home of the world's most famous Islamic fundamentalist - contained pages that are folded-over and highlighted texts.

Bin Laden was killed at the compound by U.S. Navy SEALs last May after the biggest manhunt in history.

Its demolition was completed on Sunday [Feb. 26], erasing a symbol of humiliation for Pakistan's military that has marked one of the most difficult periods in U.S.-Pakistan ties.

The Pakistani military was angry it had not been consulted by U.S. officials before the raid took place - a decision the U.S. explained was driven by concerns that someone in the government might tip off Bin Laden.

Trailer Crushed Graduate Selling Roasted Yam In Ekiti

Tragedy struck in Ikere-Ekiti on Tuesday as the back of a trailer detached, hit an abandoned tanker and crushed a 27-year-old graduate selling roasted yam. Although the lady was rescued and taken to a hospital immediately after the accident, she later died after about two hours.

The lady, Busayo Akogun, a graduate of College of Education, Ikere-Ekiti, was said to be assisting her mother at a roadside kiosk when the accident occurred. Her mother was also said to have been crushed against the wall of a filling station and sustained a serious injury.

One of the eyewitnesses, Mr. Adekunle Olowolafe, said the legs of the mother were crushed. Blood stains were seen in the rubble while personal effects of the victims littered the scene when our correspondent visited the area.

Policemen and officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps who arrived the scene quickly evacuated the victims to a hospital. But some of the sympathisers who assisted the officials later returned and said Akogun had died.

The Police Public Relations Officer in Ekiti State, Mr. Mohammed Jimoh, who confirmed the accidents, said two persons were injured in the Ikere accident.

The Deputy Governor of the state, Mrs. Funmi Olayinka, who was among those who first visited the Ikere-Ekiti accident scene, has cautioned drivers to always obey traffic rules.

The deputy governor who noted that over speeding and lack of consideration for other road users was common among trailers’ drivers, warned them to be cautious on the road.

OPC Member Allegedly Kills Etisalat Employee, Chukwuma Eze With Charms Over N10 Toll Fee

A suspected member of the Odua Peoples Congress known by the pseudonym “Ultimate” on Monday allegedly killed an employee of Etisalat, Chukwuma Eze, in the Ejigbo area of Lagos State during an argument over N10 toll.

According to Punch, N10 toll was collected by the OPC members at a footbridge that links Ejigbo with Ajao Estate. The deceased only N1, 000 denominations with him and offered it to one of the collectors who asked him to come back for his balance.

Eze was said to have agreed but was shocked when on his return a female member of the group insisted that the deceased did not give N1,000 to the collectors. The telecoms employee was said to have been angered by the denial resulting in a fight between him and the female member of the group.

Sensing that the female member of the group could not match Eze’s strength, “Ultimate” was said to have brought out an object suspected to be charm and hit the telecoms employee with it on the chest.

Eze, who is to marry in April 2012, reportedly slumped and died on the spot.

It was learnt that immediately words filtered in that Eze had died, his kinsmen in the area carried out a reprisal and attacked some members of the OPC found at the footbridge.

A source told PUNCH that in the ensuing pandemonium, a member of the OPC was also killed, while some motorcycles and a generator belonging to members of the group were vandalised.

The spokesperson for the state police command, Mr. Joseph Jaiyeoba, who spoke to PUNCH correspondent on the telephone confirmed the incident but said facts about the incident were still sketchy.

He said, “One Chukwuma Eze was allegedly killed by some people collecting money at a footbridge but we cannot say for sure if the collectors are members of the OPC or the local government revenue collectors”.

“The incident caused a stir as some friends of the deceased confronted and fought with the suspects.

“The details of what exactly transpired are still sketchy because the incident occurred at night but another corpse, identified as one Sumonu, was also found at Ajao Estate later. We (Police) do not know if his death is related to Eze’s killing”, Mr. Joseph Jaiyeoba said.

Hackers Attacked Nigerian Celebs Twitter Accounts…TuFace Opens New Twitter Account, Don Jazzy Pleads

In what seems like a coordinated attack, hackers claim to have access to the Twitter and Facebook accounts of at least 30 Nigerian celebrities, including TuFace, D’Banj, Don Jazzy, Banky W and WhizKid.

At about 9:29pm on Sunday [Feb 26], the Twitter account of popular Nigerian music star, Flavour Nabania was hacked with a message that reads: “Hacked account. Celebs beware. You’re all a target!”

In a bid to expose the celebrities, the hackers also threatened to hack the Twitter accounts of @DONJAZZY, @2faceidibia, @BankyW and @wizkidayo, vowing to tweet from @2faceidibia‘s account on Monday, i.e. yesterday.

The hackers actually carried out their threat, Tuface twitter account was hacked. Tuface tweeted minutes ago (though from his new twitter account, @real2faceidibia) and confirmed this, “ has been hacked!!!”

Meanwhile, DONJAZZY is on his kneels pleading with the hackers to spare his twitter account, he tweeted, “Kai if them hack my account hi go cry o, I dey beg o.”

SUICIDE: Ghanaian Student HANGS Over Persistent Calls To End A Relationship With A Woman Older Than Him

Distraught over persistent calls to end a relationship with a woman older than him, a third-year student of Bodwesango Senior High School in Ghana has hanged himself.

Peter Akom aka Amakye, a General Arts student, took his life on Sunday night [Feb. 26] in his friend's room at Bodwesango. The tragic death of the 19-year-old has left his younger sister, Joyce Akom, 16, devastated as she continuously scratches her head for answers and blames their mother, Abena Nyamaa, for Peter's death.

The boy's body, which was hanging by a sponge from a ceiling made of wood, was discovered by his friend, who screamed to attract people to the scene around 7:00 pm.

Abena Nyamaa, mother of the victim, stands accused of nagging her son over his relationship with a 26-year-old divorcee, Yaa Manu, leading to his death on Sunday night.

She was said to have raced to Bodwesango from Asikaso, a village in the area, to quarrel with her son on the day in question following misinformation relayed to her.

Abena Nyamaa said she was informed that Peter Akom was getting married to Yaa Manu without her knowledge and against her wish, but the information turned out to be false. Instead, the ceremony turned out to be Yaa Manu's apprenticeship graduation that was attended by Peter.

She admitted that she had warned her son to stay away from Yaa Manu, a hair dresser apprentice, but the boy would not listen despite his poor academic performance. She therefore decided to embarrass the boy to stop him from seeing the divorcee.

The boy was wearing boxer shorts and a singlet when his body, which has been deposited at the Bekwai Government Hospital morgue, was discovered, Chief Inspector Mensah stated.

Lover of the deceased, Yaa Manu, told news men that Peter took the extreme step because he was fed up with his mother's nagging. According to her, she and Peter had been in relationship for two years, but did not enjoy the blessing of Peter's mother.

“I was the youngest recipient of both awards in the history of the Bahamas”, he said.

MONDAY Oluwafemi John, one of the pioneer members of Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey’s band, Inter-reformers band is dead. He died at the General Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos after a brief illness.

He died twenty four hours before a proposed meeting with his former boss, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey who is soon to celebrate his 70the birthday. Monday John was expected to join the Inter Reformer band of Evangelist Obey on the eve of his birthday.

The Juju musician, who until his death was based in London, according to a family source, suffered a massive stroke last Wednesday and could not recover. He had been coming on and off some illnesses in recent years until his condition got more complicated.

The news of his death was confirmed by his eldest son, New York based Oluwafemi John (Jnr).

Monday was a musical powerhouse as one of the band members of Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey. His activities as a versatile guitarist earned him love and admiration across the world. He was a pioneer member and a moving force in Ebenezer Obey’s legendary Juju band, Inter- Reformers band.

His musical talent and production arrangement ability was appreciated by millions of Juju lovers across the world. He handled the guitar with flare that helped in producing some of the classic records from Ebenezer Obey’s stable.

His death is coming just as committee of friends announced last Thursday, that they would be celebrating Commander Obey as he clocks 70 years of age.

Whitney Houston Cause Of Death To Be Ruled An Accident!

Whitney Houston’s death is expected to be officially ruled an accident, E! News is exclusively reporting. This new report counters previous chatter that her February 11 death was a result of deliberate actions by Whitney or someone else — it wasn’t. On her death certificate, the cause of death listed was “deferred.”

A source “with knowledge of the ongoing investigation” told E! that following toxicology reports, “nothing suspicious” has been found to tie any doctors or other people to her death.

Plus, “she had no marks on her body whatsoever to indicate a struggle, and she was the furthest thing from trying to kill herself”, said the source.

The L.A. County Department of Coroner is not commenting, since investigation is still taking place.

The source tells E! that the autopsy toxicology results could be sent to the Beverly Hills Police Department by next week and, then the case could be closed shortly afterward.

Zimbabwe-Born British Boxer, Dereck Chisora Handed Indefinite Ban & Serious Fine By WBC After Shameful Brawl With David Haye

Zimbabwe-born British Boxer, Dereck Chisora has been banned indefinitely from boxing by the World Boxing Council for his shameful brawl with David Haye during world press conference after his WBC world heavyweight title defeat by Vitali Klitschko in Munich on February 18.

The WBC said it was ‘one of the worst behaviours ever by a professional’ and demanded Chisora, 28, seeks anger management treatment before considering whether to lift the suspension.

Jose Sulaiman, president of the WBC, said the authority would also look to impose a ‘serious’ fine on Chisora. ‘Dereck Chisora is not going to tarnish the sport for those born in the humblest beds, who become sports heroes of the world to live a life of dignity and pride’, Jose Sulaiman said.

'The WBC will also take off from the WBC rankings the name of Dereck Chisora and declare an indefinite suspension against fighting again for a WBC title, while demanding Chisora to take an anger management medical treatment after which his suspension will be reconsidered.'

Frank Warren, Chisora's promoter, criticised the WBC for failing to go through a full disciplinary process. 'What I find strange about this is that there hasn't been a hearing,' he told Sky Sports News.

'Somebody arbitrarily saying 'you're banned' can't be any form of natural justice’. 'Even the police in Germany let Dereck Chisora go after questioning’.

'A lot of things happened behind the scenes. There were some things which he did which absolutely were wrong and he shouldn't have done, and I'm not condoning that. 'But at the end of the day you are entitled to a hearing before anybody makes a decision.'

Chisora was arrested then released without charge following the incident with Haye, which started after Chisora confronted his fellow Londoner at the post-fight press conference.

The WBC statement made no mention of Haye, who is currently unlicensed.

Chisora issued a statement in which he admitted his behaviour was 'inexcusable', but added: 'There were many things that went on behind the scenes that ultimately caused my frustrations to boil over - however, this is of course no excuse'.

The German Boxing Federation have already indicated that neither Chisora nor Haye will be welcome to fight again on German soil - another obstacle to Haye's hopes of getting back in the ring with one of the Klitschko brothers.
